Why can’t people understand that I’m a confident, free, pro-choice, bisexual, makeup wearing, fashionable, liberal, sexual, feminist, goth woman… Who is also Muslim.
Why is that such a strange concept?
Just because all Muslims submit to Allah and a life of peace, and some of us wear hijab doesn’t mean that we’re all the same, or that we all wear abayas 24/7 and don’t talk about or think of or like things outside of our religion.
Open your minds people.
