Today I decided to wear my hijab in the Turkish style.I remember visiting Turkey in 2008 and initially falling in love with hijab. The style worn in Turkey is where the front of the hair shows slightly. Some Muslims may consider this style to be haraam due to having a slight bit of hair showing.I do not. I think this style is beautiful and modest, yet still culturally acceptable and fashionable.
